Título de propiedad notarial


Explanation:
El Título de Propiedad, según su origen, puede ser:

a) Notarial (si su escritura fue realizada por un Escribano. Ej. compraventa; donación, dación en pago, etc.).

O bien:

b) Judicial (El testimonio fue expedido por un juzgado. Ej. Testamento, Declaratoria de Herederos, Subasta Judicial, etc.).

Como en tu caso menciona la intervención de un escribano (notaire), me vuelco a la primera opción.

Estos son los términos usados en el derecho argentino.

neutral  José Antonio Ibáñez: La cuestión es que si la traducción de la compañera es para un cliente en España, el título notarial no existe con ese nombre, y habrá que darle otro que se entienda.

  -> Entiendo el punto José, pero, también puede suceder que un término no tenga su equivalente en el régimen legal de otro país. Ej: Porte Fort no existe en España, y sí en Uruguay y Argentina (promitente). Según el caso, cada uno verá qué decide. ¡Saludos!
