Bio

My name is Alejandra Alejo. I am a translator (specialized in literary translation and subtitling) of English-Spanish/Spanish-English, and a writer.

As a translator, I have university education and degrees in Translation and Interpretation, and I am certified in the local translators professional associations CTPCBA and AATI in Argentina. I have worked in a news agency and international companies implementing high-tech projects and leading teams and managing implementation projects. I am currently working freelance, registered with the local revenues agency. I work with the tool TRADOS STUDIO 2019 with local and international translation agencies and I mainly work in subtitling and translating scripts for dubbing.

As a writer, I write mostly fictional short stories, and my first novel in Spanish language was published in 2015. I have written articles for online publications.
