A very interesting article, but as I am not even a bit computer-savvy I am even more baffled! What on earth is a Macro? You must be a computer wizard to understand the language (machine code?) used, but the author does have an excellent idea, as the localisation of numbers (say 2,345.67 to 2.345,67) is one of the dullest parts of a translator's job.
