Small jobs from new clients, immediate payments Oct 20, 2014

I have received a request for a small translation - $15 - and I accepted the terms provided that the payment would be upon receipt. When the agency asked me to accept a 25 days delay, I said no. I believe that very small jobs with new customers should always be paid upon receipt and the principle of having to track payment for very small jobs should be banned.
