Submission Guidelines
If you are interested in submitting an article for consideration, please follow these basic guidelines.

Articles must be well-written, and of interest to translators, interpreters, or other language professionals. Submissions should be at least 500 words, and less than 5000 words is recommended. Longer articles may be split up into multiple pages with the assistance of an editor or site staff.

Please submit only original content that you created and that you own. By submitting an article to ProZ.com you acknowledge that you are legally entitled to distribute the work and to allow it to be redistributed.

Some reasons that an article might be rejected include:

  • It is less than 500 words
  • It contains spelling or grammatical errors
  • It is outside of ProZ.com's scope
  • It is an advertisement
  • It contains plagiarism


Please review the call for articles for a list of topics in which articles are sought. Unsolicited articles may be submitted from this page.
