How to Fragment assemble using TM and marks

Hi,
I'm using 8.7 to translate Chinese to Japanese, and there are lots of "words inside brackets" to be translate. (example: [这是一个词] to [これはことば]

Words inside were already translated and can be suggested from TM, but I have to add [ ] brackets again and again which is a waste of time, so I wonder if possible to automatically assemble the TM result with the brackets?

I tried non-translatable element, but Memo Q can only recognize the left
