How to use my old sdl Trados studio MT and TB into MemoQ?

Hello,

I just got MemoQ. I created a project, a TM and a TB. Everything was easy.

Now, I would like to use my old TM and TB from SDL Trados studio, but I am not able...

How can I do that?
