Hello,

I am trying to buy a couple of ebooks by Theodore Sturgeon, but apparently they are licensed for sale to USA, Australia or New Zealand only.

So I need someone to buy them for me, send me the EPUBs, and be reimbursed plus a little extra for your trouble.

Easy to circumvent Aug 4, 2013

Hi,

I ran into the same situation trying to buy books from Germany in the US, on Amazon. There at least, it's easy to change your country settings - without changing your billing or payment options - and to buy books licensed for that respective country/region.

This is not really a vendor driven issue, it's based on their required compliance with copyright / licensing laws. As long as they're selling to a buyer address in a country covered under the copyright, the vend... See more

This is not really a vendor driven issue, it's based on their required compliance with copyright / licensing laws. As long as they're selling to a buyer address in a country covered under the copyright, the vendor is fine. It could be questionable whether the buyer is breaking any laws by doing this... but I'm not a legal expert!
