No, but the factory settings are too bright, so you have to adjust them (downward) Jan 14, 2019

Brighter lights mean bigger eyes which mean less mental activity and less oxygen in your brain which becomes a viscous circle...

but adjusting brightness alone won't be sufficient...

Same as Muriel, I am using Iris and when I need to deactivate it for color related activities, I cannot stand the screen anymore.
I don't know how we could have use such agressive light and colors until then
