I prefer writing. An working out of course. If I don't train my back will remind me of itself quite soon )) Push-ups, pull-ups and some exercises for abs are my favourite!

For me, nothing beats some fresh air even if I sometimes do have to make some effort to force myself to do it. The air clears my head and the exercise helps relax my muscles and my back so I'm ready for the next batch. I've got used to doing this so it's now become second nature and after I feel really fresh and with a clear mind, ready to tackle the next job whatever that might be.
