Hi,
The client always charges me according to the weight word count, not according to the actual word count that's always different. So how can I know the weight word count in SDL Trados?
Thanks in advance

You should ask the agency

Different agencies use different grids, so you need to ask the client what grid they use.
Most agencies I know pay 100% for 74% and below and 2/3 of full rate for 75-84% hits, while one agency here in Norway pays fill rate, which really is more according to reality. Some want to pay 10% for 100% matches, which to me is totally unrealistic even if you are supposed to just read through it fast. It would be equivalent to about 3000 words in an hour, which doesn't seem reasonable at all.
To get the actual distribution in Trados Studio you would have to use the Analysis function, by the way. Roy
