This shows that U have not done your math. For this to be true you would have to have 100 - 120 word per minute( 10,000 words divided by 100 minutes). You try speaking 1 word every second.
I've just downloaded subtitles and broke files down:
Matrix (1999) 02h30 12,119 words 1,834 unique words 152 sentences
Revenant (2015) 02h36 8,941 words 1,570 unique words 72 sentences
Joker (2019) 02h02 11,275 words 1,864 unique words 168 sentences

I chose a few movies. I used Google to find and download subtitles for them. Subtitles are text files, so I edited them in a text editor (for example Notepad). I replaced all numbers by nothing (Ctrl+H, Replace All). Finally I used https://wordcounter.net/ to determine statistics.
