What do you need to provide electronic subtitling for film festivals?

Hi everyone, I was recently reading about this service provided to film festivals by some large subtitling companies. I got curious so I started reading some of the participation rules for film festivals where the requirement for a director to register their movies for the competition is to provide the timecoded subtitle file (that's what we generally offer when we provide our services as subtitlers) and then the festival takes care of the "electronic subtitling service". Hi everyone, I was recently reading about this service provided to film festivals by some large subtitling companies.
