Il semble que ce terme soit beaucoup employé par Habermas. On sait que ce philosophe a eu un dialogue poussé avec le Card. Ratzinger, dialogue qui s'est poursuivi ensuite quand ce dernier est devenu Benoît XVI.

En faisant une recherche sur "prétention à la validité" et Habermas, on obtient beaucoup de résultats. J'ai fait également une recherche en incluant "Benoît XVI" et j'ai obtenu également quelques résultats (mais moins que par la recherche n'incluant pas Benoît XVI).
