About me
I was funded by the US State Department to study Chinese in Hong Kong, Harbin, Beijing, and Shanghai, and I worked in China for eight years. I worked remotely for a Chinese education company for 3 years, using my language skills constantly. I am now transitioning into the translation field, and I plan to complete an MA or MPS degree within the next 4 years. At this point in my career I am seeking to grow my portfolio and to persist in developing my translation and writing skills.

Expectations:

I plan to pursue an MA or MPS in Chinese>English translation, but would like to begin honing my skills ASAP. My ideal internship would challenge me to grow and improve while respecting my current limitations.
