I am looking for an opportunity where I could get to enhance my Turkish language skills and learn more about its culture and history. I would like to do a research on socio-cultural relations within the Ottoman empire. My focus, however, would be impoverishing my Turkish language skills which would aid me in my research and would help me in building a network with the natives. As a future linguist, I would like to work as a translator, and expertise in the historical records

I want to be a good subtitle translator. I’m good with movies, documentations, tv series. So i just want to get better at this job.

Well, I imagine my ideal internship as taking as many experiences as I can, doing many jobs, and becoming day by day better. Moreover doing accurate and proper translations and services so I can be the future linguist that I was dreaming of since I was a child. All of these, combined with my studies on linguistics, i think will help me to be a qualified and skilful translator/interpreter and generally linguist.
