I am a freelance translator, proofreader, transcriber and tutor working from French and Spanish into English.

I have 9 years' experience working as a translator, including voluntary translations for the UN and Translators Without Borders, for whom I have translated over 13,000 words.

Here is some of my most recent work:

Translation: Legal contracts, power of attorney, marriage, birth and death certificates and letters.

Proofreading: Book proofreading of over 90,000 words, as well as tourism, promotional, business and marketing materials. Proofreading Spanish language course for the Open University.

Transcription: Over 250 minutes of interviews for an MA student's project. 

End clients include DVLA, Home Office, Child Benefit Office, Hotels Viva and Value Retail, among others.

I have also worked as a Translation Project Manager which has helped me gain valuable experience within the translation industry.

I offer competitive rates of GBP 0.06/word for translation, 0.03/word for proofreading and 0.90/minute for transcriptions, as well as high quality work and timely deliveries.
