Source text - English Fears over inflation grew further yesterday as manufacturers raised their prices at the fastest pace for at least two decades. Factory gate prices rose by an annual rate of 10% in June, as manufacturers grappled with the biggest jump in the cost of their raw materials since 1986.
Input costs rose by 2.3% in June, pushing the annual increase to 30.3%, reflecting the spiraling costs of oil and commodities.Core price inflation, which excludes food, beverages, tobacco and petrol, rose by 6.4% in the year to June, up from 5.9%, raising concerns that soaring oil prices may be causing second-round inflationary effects. This will pose an even deeper dilemma for the Bank of England.
Spiraling food prices have pushed the cost of a family’s weekly shop up by nearly £1,100 a year, new figures reveal.The price of staple groceries has risen by more than a fifth since July last year as food producers deal with soaring wheat, rice and energy costs.
The figures highlight the increasing strain on consumers. Despite a surge in high street sales in May as people replenished their summer wardrobes, like-for-like retail sales fell by 0.03% in the three months to June, pushing the annual decrease to 0.4%, according to figures from the British Retail Consortium (BRC).

Source text - English Section 1 Interpretation
(a) In this Exclusive Agreement the following definitions shall apply:
“Anniversary Date” means one (1) year from the Commencement Date and each succession year thereafter on the same date.
“Attachments” shall mean optional equipment manufactured by the Manufacturer or its Associate Company that can be attached to any of the range of Equipment that the Distributor is allowed to sell/distribute and such Attachments being optional are detailed in Schedule “C” hereto including the costing thereof and the word “Accessories” shall have the same meaning.
“Authorised Signatories” means only those persons authorised by the Distributor to order Equipment from the Manufacturer in accordance with Authorised Signatories Schedule “E” hereto, or any other persons agreed in writing between the Manufacturer and the Distributor from time to time as authorised signatories.
“Commencement Date” means the day when the last signatory signs this Agreement.
“Confidential Information” means:
(i) All confidential information owned or in the possession of the Manufacturer
(including but not limited to, trade secrets, confidential know-how, marketing and technical information, customer lists, pricing information, ideas, including any improvements to the range of Equipment manufactured by it or its Associate Company).
(ii) All other confidential information and know-how of which the Distributor may become aware (both before and after the day this Agreement is signed by either party) or generated in the course of, or in connection with, the Distributorship herein.

单家小屋建成连屋大楼，这种楼房建筑以当地的泥土为主要材料，都有高大厚实的夯土墙，所以，人们把这种楼叫著土楼。
土楼与客家民系形成有很大的联系。
唐末宋初，中原大地战争频繁，兵荒马乱，生灵涂炭。那时，黄河及其支流几乎每年旱洪灾不断，还有虫灾、瘟疫，百姓纷纷背井离乡，往水草丰盛，适宜居住的地方迁徒。人们越过黄河，渡过长江，一直向南前进，至赣、闽以及粤东粤北等地。据史书记载，唐朝安史之乱，战尘蔽日，有数十万人从中原来到南方定居；黄巢领导农民起义，树起旗帜与朝廷对抗，烽火连年；同时，蒙古贵族铁骑从北方席卷中原，狼烟四起，黄河岸边金戈铁马，刀光剑影，中原更为动乱，又一次掀起汉民南迁的高潮。
我抚摸著土楼斑驳的老墙，眼前似乎呈现千年之前那风尘滚滚的一幕幕，一群群人拖儿带女，跋山涉水，一路猛兽出没，强人抢劫，瘴气弥漫，一个个亲人倒在了迁徒途中，心在流血，心在战栗，心在呼唤，家在何方？
在迁徒的过程充满艰辛和悲怆，更何况这迁徒断断续续相沿将近一千年。终于有一天，一支中原人，一路奔波来到福建西南部的永定县和南靖县地界。这里有山岭阻隔，自成独立的盆地，且面临东海，气候温和，真是个好地方！他们放下身上的包袱，抓起一把肥沃的泥土在手，说：“不走了，我们就住在这里，这里就是家！”
人们称这些南迁的中原汉人为客家人，以别于当地原来的居民。
Translation - English The migrants dropped their baggage, scooped up a handful of fertile soil and said: "we will stop here, no more travelling. This is our home!"
Individual family units of an extended clan are all built together, forming one large structure. These structures, with their high, thick walls of rammed earth, are predominately made from the local clay soils called Tulou (土樓), literally meaning earthen buildings.
These Tulou are closely connected with the creation of the Hakka identity.
During the turmoil and the wartime ravages of late Tang and early Song period (late 8th Century to the 10th Century), the Central Plains were frequently ravaged by wars, bringing chaos and misery to the population. During that period, the Yellow River and its tributaries suffered frequent flooding and droughts. Plagues and diseases were also constantly afflicting the areas. The people of Central Plains were forced to leave their homes in search of fertile lands.
The People crossed the Yellow River and then the Yangtze River before continued southward to various places in the regions of Jiangxi, Fujian and eastern and northern Guangdong.
History books record bitterly fought wars which caused hundreds of thousands of people from Central Plains to move to the southern China during the period of the An Shi rebellion in Tang Dynasty (755-763). Then followed by the peasant uprising led by Huang Chao (874-884) against the ruling Tang family; in the meantime, mighty Mongolian cavalry swept down the Central Plains from the north. In this time of deep chaos and conflicts around the Yellow River valley another migration wave sweeping even more Central Plain Chinese to the south.
As I stroked the old mottled walls of Tulou, the vivid scenes appeared in my mind from a thousand years before. I see the tide of humanity, the men and women carrying their children, making the perilous journey through the mountains and rivers, fighting the wild beasts, robberies, miasma; while losing their loved ones along the way. I feel the breaking hearts, the fear and anxiety that made them crying out: “where is our home?”
It was a migration full of hardships and sorrow, not to mention the intermittent relocation has lasted for nearly a thousand years.
Finally, a group of people of Central Plains went through the arduous journey and made it to the regions of Yongding County and Nanjing County in southwestern Fujian. They found a place hidden by surrounding mountains, with valleys facing the East Sea and a mild climate. It’s a perfect place for those migrants.
The migrants dropped their bags, scooped up handfuls of the rich fertile soil, and said: “We will travel no further, this place will become our home!”
These Han Chinese who trekked south from the Central Plains are called the Hakka, distinguishing them from the other people in the region.
