Translation - English
This paper probes into past, present and future of pet grooming training industry in Taiwan. We understand the company's advantages and weaknesses through five forces analysis and SWOT analysis of the D company, and also have insight into the company's external opportunities and threats. In an increasingly competitive market environment, pet grooming training industry in Taiwan can have sustainable development in the industry through constant innovation and flexible business strategy. We segment from the competitors in the market through designing customized courses. We expand the market and coordinate the overall cost of the product to be in line with the competitive strategy of differentiation and the concept of the cost leadership through upstream and downstream integration and describe the past efforts and the future direction of the development in the D company. This paper can be used for the reference for pet grooming training industry of the future business strategy.
