عنوان الأطروحة: قيم المواطنة وعلاقتها بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدي طلاب الجامعات السعودية.

مشكلة الأطروحة: يمكن صياغة مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي: ما علاقة قيم المواطنة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدي طلاب الجامعات السعودية؟
مجتمع الدراسة: يتشكل مجتمع هذه الدراسة من جميع طلاب جامعة الملك سعود الذكور المقيدين في جميع المراحل الدراسية للعام الدراسي (1438 -1439هـ)حيث بلغ مجتمع الدراسة (44635) طالب, أما عينة الدراسة فتتكون من ( 412 ) طالبا.
منهج الأطروحة وأدوتها: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (الارتباطي) لكونه المنهج المناسب لطبيعة الدراسة الحالية, وقد طبق الباحث في هذه الدراسة مقياسين , مقياس قيم المواطنة من إعداد الباحث ويتكون من (44) عبارة, ومقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية وهو مقياس للدكتور الحارثي(2001م) ويتكون من(45)عبارة.
أهم النتائج:
1- بينت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 بين إدراك طلاب الجامعات السعودية لقيم المواطنة وإبعادها (قيمة المساواة ، قيمة الحرية ، قيمة العدل ، قيمة المشاركة المجتمعية) وإحساسهم بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية وأبعادها (المسؤولية الذاتية ، المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، المسؤولية الدينية والأخلاقية ، المسؤولية الوطنية).
2- بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل بين اتجاهات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الذين أعمارهم من 18 سنة إلى أقل من 23 سنة واتجاهات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الذين أعمارهم من 23 سنة فأكثر حول (قيمة المساواة ، قيم المواطنة من منظور طلاب الجامعات السعودية ) لصالح أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الذين أعمارهم من 18 سنة إلى أقل من 23 سنة.
3-بينت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة كبيرة على قيم المواطنة بمتوسط ( 3.9525 من 5 ) ، وأتضح من النتائج أن أبرز قيم المواطنة من منظور طلاب الجامعات السعودية تمثلت في قيمة الحرية بمتوسط ( 4.0791 من 5 ) يليها قيمة المشاركة المجتمعية بمتوسط ( 4.0569 من 5 ) يليها قيمة العدل بمتوسط ( 3.8865 من 5 ) وأخيراً جاءت قيمة المساواة بمتوسط ( 3.7586 من 5 ) .
4- بينت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة مرتفعة على مستويات المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمتوسط ( 4.0314 من 5 ) ، وأتضح من النتائج أن أبرز مستويات المسؤولية الاجتماعية من منظور طلاب الجامعات السعودية تمثلت في المسؤولية الوطنية بمتوسط ( 4.1225 من 5 ) يليها المسؤولية الذاتية بمتوسط ( 4.0591 من 5 ) يليها المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمتوسط ( 4.0388 من 5 ) وأخيراً جاءت المسؤولية الدينية والأخلاقية بمتوسط ( 3.8778 من 5 ) .
أهم التوصيات:
1- العمل على تعريف طلاب الجامعات السعودية بدور الدولة في مساعدة ذوي الدخل المحدود بالدعم المادي المناسب.
2- على وسائل الإعلام أبراز المساواة في تطبيق الأنظمة على جميع المواطنين دون المحاباة.
3- على مؤسسات الدولة أبداء الشفافية فيما يتعلق بالمساواة بين المواطنين في تولي الوظائف العامة.
4-الاهتمام بمنح طلاب الجامعات السعودية الحرية الكافية للتعبير عن آرائهم في حدود اللوائح والنظم.
5-الاهتمام بتعزيز مشاركة طلاب الجامعات السعودية في عمل الجمعيات الخيرية أينما كانت.

Thesis Title: The citizenship values and its relation to the social responsibility for the Saudi university students.

Thesis Problem: The study problem can be drafted in the following question: what is the relationship of citizenship values to the social responsibility for the Saudi university students?
Study Population: The study population of this study consists of all male students of King Saud university registered in all study stages for the academic year of (1438 – 1439H) as the study population is (44635) students, but the study sample consists of (412) students.
Thesis Methodology & Tools: The researcher has used the descriptive (correlative) methodology as it is the methodology appropriate for the current study, the researcher has applied in this study two scales, the scale of citizenship values prepared by the researcher and it consists of (44) phrases and the scale of social responsibility prepared by Dr. Alharthi (2001) and it consists of (45) phrases.
Major Results:
1- The results declared that there is a statistically significant positive correlation at the level of 0.01 between the awareness of Saudi university students to citizenship values and its dimensions (equality value, liberty value, justice value, social participation value) and their sense to social responsibility and its dimensions (self- responsibility, social responsibility, regional and ethical responsibility, national responsibility).
2- The results declared that there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 and below between the trends of study population individuals who are aged 18 years old to less than 23 years old and the trends of study population individuals who are aged 23 years old and above toward (equality value, citizenship value from the perspective of Saudi university students) in favor of the study population individuals who are aged 18 years old to less than 23 years old.
3- The results mentioned that the study sample individuals strongly agree with the citizenship values with a mean of (3.6525 out of 5) the results showed that the major citizenship values from the perspective of Saudi university students are represented in the liberty value with a mean of (4.0761 out of 5) followed by the social participation value with a mean of (4.0569 out of 5), followed by the justice value with a mean of (3.8865 out of 5); finally, the equality value came with a mean of (3.7586 out of 5).
4- The results showed that the study sample individuals highly agree with the social responsibility levels with a mean of (4.0314 out of 5), it was shown through the results that the major social responsibility levels from the perspective of Saudi university students are represented in the national responsibility with a mean of (4.1225 out of 5) followed by the self-responsibility with a mean of (4.0561 out of 5), followed by the social responsibility with a mean of (4.0388 out of 5); finally, the regional and ethical responsibilities came with a mean of (3.8778 out of 5).
Major Recommendations:
1- Working on making the Saudi university students recognize the state’s role in helping low income people to get the appropriate material support.
2- The media should give equal attention to the application of regulations to all citizens without favoritism.
3- The state’s institutions should have transparency in regard to the equality of citizens in hiring the public positions.
4- Interesting in granting the Saudi university students the sufficient liberty to express their opinions in terms of regulations and systems.
5- Interesting in strengthening the participation of Saudi university students in the works of charities wherever they are.

Introduction
When training for high risk operations, meaning operations that present a real threat of danger to life, the most effective training is training that represents as closely as possible live operations. At Comites we have a combined team of instructors who have learned the value of such training and have direct experience in the field against foreign intelligence services and terror groups.
This short document will provide an overview of the general concept of operations for the final exercises for both the Basic and Advanced level ISR courses.

ISR Course Final Exercise Scenario
During the combined 60 weeks of training for both the Basic and Advanced courses the students will have received a huge amount of knowledge. Each phase has training confirmation and the course is designed to be progressive, so that skills taught are utilized and built upon during the following months. However, the time period between subjects and the level of focus required to digest and recall all of the knowledge taught means that there is a requirement to conduct confirmation testing of the whole course, all subjects, in an operational manner before students are deployed operationally. This is the reason for the final exercise.
During the course the students have been introduced to a scenario designed to provide a realistic objective to enable operational understanding. The scenario is named Operation Burnham. The background to the operation is as follows;
UAE ISR Course Scenario Phase 1 (During the course)
• A UK based terror group is supporting and working with a UAE based terror group in a plot to bring down an Emirates flight from Dubai to the UK.
• The group have identified a British Pilot who has a son in the UK and are threatening the life/liberty of the Pilots son in order to force him to transport narcotics and cash between the UAE and the UK.
• The UAE terror cells’ plan is to construct an IED in the UAE which they will give the Pilot to carry after a period of conditioning through narcotics and cash smuggling.
• The UK intelligence services have requested that the SMU conducts intelligence operations in order to understand how a Dubai based individual who has been in cell phone communications with a known UK terror suspect might be involved in any hostile activity.
• The SMU must develop their understanding of the target using clandestine intelligence operational techniques as taught by Comites in order to stop the attack.
ISR Course Scenario Phase 2 (Basic Course Final Exercise UAE & Jordan)
• After the SMU successfully stops the terror group plan (during the course) and arrests and executes the two would be attackers, their state sponsored masters decide to target the SMU directly.
• The Camp and several operators are confirmed to be under surveillance by persons/organization unknown, subsequently the basic course is issued a warning order, are not allowed to associate themselves with the camp or their home addresses.
• The course moves to safe houses where they receive mission information and conduct planning for operations in isolation.
• The hostile team who have been conducting surveillance against the SMU are targeted by UAE intelligence services, who provide information that the group escaped the UAE by commercial flights to Jordan.
• The SMU deploy clandestine operators to Jordan in order to locate the group.
• The team are located hiding in a safe house in Jordan which is placed under surveillance.
• The hostile team is being supported and serviced (food, water, equipment, cash) by 2 support agents. The SMU places them both under surveillance and makes the decision to recruit one of them as a source.
• Once successfully recruited the source provides information that the group have a plan to move safe houses (an early 0300-0400hrs) which the SMU must observe or risk losing the group.
• During the move the group stop several times, change vehicles. Ultimately, they are seen entering a new property.
• The SMU provides details of the property to an arrest team who conduct an assault, under interrogation the group reveal details about who they are, other information is found relating to a planned attack against a UAE Diplomat in Egypt by the same group.
• Their plan is to kidnap the diplomat then to behead him live via the internet in a specially prepared location in Cairo.
• The team collapse the operation and return to the UAE with information for the 3rd phase.
• After the success of the first operation in Jordan and armed with the knowledge of the plan to kidnap and kill a UAE Diplomat in Egypt the second SMU team moves to isolation to plan their interdiction operation.
• The team deploys under NOC to Cairo. The mission begins with a covert counter surveillance and close protection operation to identify surveillance against the UAE Diplomat who is kept unaware of the plot.
• The SMU identifies hostile surveillance then begin to track the group.
• The group is seen buying a camera capable of live internet broadcast, a tripod, plastic-cuffs/masking tape, large chopping knives which they take to a building/moored boat identified as the place where the beheading will take place.
• The SMU mount CTR and Tech against the building and one of the terror groups vehicles which provides information about the planned date for the beheading.
• The SMU team must provide terminal guidance for UAE CT/SF teams to attack the group at their headquarters.
• On the day of the planned Direct Action the Diplomat is actually kidnapped, the terminal guidance task is scrubbed.
• The unit must now locate and rescue the Diplomat (the team have covertly installed TTL on the Diplomats vehicle)
• The team identifies and turns two sources who are then used to secure the release of the Diplomat.
• The sources are both then extracted by the unit who bring in aviation/maritime support at a Beach RV/TLZ to covertly extract the two sources.
• The SMU team collapses their operation and returns to the UAE.

وضع تصور للتدريب النهائي بدورة المعلومات الاستخباراتية والمراقبة والاستطلاع
سوف يتلقى الطلاب قدر كبير من المعارف خلال 60 أسبوع تدريبي مجمع للدورات الأساسية والمتقدمة. حيث تشمل كل مرحلة اختبار تأكيدي للتدريب وتم تصميم الدورة بحيث تكون تدريجية، ومن ثم يتم الاستفادة من المهارات التي تم تدريسها والبناء عليها خلال الأشهر التالية. ومع ذلك، فإن الفترة الزمنية بين المواد ومستوى التركيز المطلوب لاستيعاب وحفظ كافة المعارف التي تم تدريسها تعني أن هناك حاجة لإجراء اختبار تأكيدي للدورة بأكملها وجميع المواد بطريقة عملية قبل تدريب الطلاب عمليًا. وهذا هو السبب وراء إقامة التدريب النهائي.

المرحلة الأولى لوضع تصور لدورة المعلومات الاستخباراتية والمراقبة والاستطلاع بالإمارات العربية المتحدة (أثناء الدورة)
• تدعم الجماعة الإرهابية القائمة في المملكة المتحدة جماعة إرهابية قائمة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتعمل معها في مؤامرة لإسقاط طائرة طيران الإمارات المتجهة من دبي إلى المملكة المتحدة.
• حددت الجماعة طيارًا بريطانيًا لديه ابن في المملكة المتحدة وقاموا بتهديد حياة وحرية نجل الطيار لإجباره على نقل المخدرات والنقود بين الإمارات والمملكة المتحدة.
• تهدف خطة الخلايا الإرهابية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى صنع عبوة ناسفة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والتي ستمنحها للطيار ليحملها معه بعد فترة من تكيفه وتعوده على تهريب المخدرات والأموال.
• طلبت أجهزة الاستخبارات البريطانية من وحدة العمليات الخاصة إجراء عمليات استخباراتية لفهم كيف يمكن لشخص مقيم في دبي أن يُجري اتصالات هاتفية مع مشتبه به إرهابي بريطاني متورط في أية أنشطة إرهابية.
• يجب على وحدة العمليات الخاصة محاولة فهم الهدف باستخدام تقنيات عمليات المخابرات السرية التي تدرسها كوميتس للدراسات والإستشارات الأمنية من أجل وقف الهجوم.
المرحلة الثانية لوضع تصور لدورة المعلومات الاستخباراتية والمراقبة والاستطلاع (التدريب النهائي للدورة الأساسية - الإمارات والأردن)
• بعد أن تنجح وحدة العمليات الخاصة في إفساد خطة الجماعة الإرهابية (أثناء الدورة) والقبض عليهم وحبس الشخصين المهاجمين، لذا يقرر قادة الجماعة استهداف وحدة العمليات الخاصة مباشرةً.
• يتم التأكد من أن المعسكر والعديد من المتواجدين به يخضعون للمراقبة من قِبل أشخاص / منظمة غير معروفة، وبالتالي يتم إصدار الأمر التحذيري الأساسي ولا يُسمح لهم بالإنتساب إلى المعسكر أو أماكن إقامتهم.
• ينتقل أفراد الدورة إلى المقرات الآمنة حيث يتلقون معلومات المهمة ويقومون بالتخطيط للعمليات بمعزل عن غيرهم.
• يستهدف فريق المخابرات الإماراتي الفريق المعادي الذي كان يراقب وحدة العمليات الخاصة، حيث يقدمون معلومات تفيد بأن الجماعة فرت من الإمارات من خلال الرحلات الجوية التجارية المتجهة إلى الأردن.
• تقوم وحدة العمليات الخاصة بوضع عميليين سريين في الأردن لتحديد موقع الجماعة.
• يختبئ الفريق في مقر آمن في الأردن ويكون تحت المراقبة.
• يتم دعم الفريق المهاجم بـ(الغذاء والمياه والمعدات والأموال) من خلال اثنين من عملاء الدعم، تضعهم وحدة العمليات الخاصة تحت المراقبة ويتم اتخاذ قرار لتجنيد واحد منهم بصفته موردًا.
• بمجرد أن يتم تجنيده بنجاح، يقدم المصدر معلومات تفيد بأن الجماعة لديها خطة لنقل المقرات الآمنة (في وقت مبكر من الساعة 3.00 إلى الساعة 4.00) والتي يجب على وحدة العمليات الخاصة ملاحظتها أو المخاطرة بفقدان الجماعة.
• تتوقف الجماعة أثناء التحرك عدة مرات، ويتم تغيير المركبات. وفي النهاية، تتم مراقبتهم أثاء دخولهم إلى عقار جديد.
• تقدم وحدة العمليات الخاصة بيانات العقار لفريق القبض الذي يقوم بالهجوم، وأثناء التحقيق تكشف الجماعة بيانات تتعلق بهويتهم ومعلومات أخرى تتعلق بالهجوم المخطط له من قِبل نفس الجماعة الإرهابية على أحد الدبلوماسيين الإماراتيين في مصر.
• تتمحور خطتهم حول اختطاف الدبلوماسي ثم قطع رأسه مباشرةً عبر الإنترنت في مكان تم إعداده خصيصًا لذلك في القاهرة.
• ينهي الفريق العملية ويعود إلى الإمارات بمعلومات للمرحلة الثالثة.
المرحلة الثالثة لوضع تصور لدورة المعلومات الاستخباراتية والمراقبة والاستطلاع (التدريب النهائي للدورة الأساسية - الإمارات والأردن)
• عقب النجاح الذي حققته العملية الاولى في الأردن ولمعرفتنا الخطة التي تستهدف خطف دبلوماسي إماراتي وقتله في القاهرة، انعزل فريق وحدة العمليات الخاصة الثاني من أجل التخطيط لمنع حدوث تلك العملية.
• انتقل الفريق بشكل غير رسمي إلي القاهرة. وتبدأ المهمة بمراقبة سرية مضادة وعملية حماية عن كثب لتحديد عملية المراقبة التي تُحاك ضد الدبلوماسي الإماراتي الذي لا يعلم شيئًا عن المكيدة.
• تتحقق وحدة العمليات الخاصة من وجود مراقبة مضادة وتبدأ في تعقب الجماعة التي تقوم بها.
• تتم رؤية الجماعة أثناء شرائهم كاميرا للبث الحي على الأنترنت وحامل ثلاثي وأصفاد بلاستيكية وشريط لاصق للاخفاء وأسلحة بيضاء كبيرة وأخذوا تلك الاشياء إلى مبنى / قارب ثابت في المكان الذي سوف تتم فيه عملية ذبح الدبلوماسي.
• يقوم فريق وحدة العمليات الخاصة بوضع أجهزة مراقبة CTR وTech على المبنى وواحدة من سيارات الجماعة الإرهابية التي توفر معلومات عن الموعد المُزمع لعملية ذبح الدبلوماسي.
• يجب أن يقوم فريق وحدة العمليات الخاصة بإعطاء توجيهًا نهائيًا لفرق القوات الخاصة الإماراتية لمداهمة الجماعة في مقرها.
• في اليوم المزمع لاختطاف الدبلوماسي بالفعل، أخفقت مهمة التوجيه النهائي.
• يجب أن تقوم وحدة العمليات الخاصة الآن بتحديد مكان الدبلوماسي وإنقاذه (وفي هذه الأثناء يقوم الفريق بتثبيت كاميرات مراقبة سرًا في سيارة الدبلوماسي)
• يحدد الفريق ويضع مصدرين يتم استخدامهما فيما بعد لإطلاق سراح الدبلوماسي.
• بعد ذلك يقوم الفريق الذي يطلب الدعم الجوي والبحري في شاطئ RV/TLZ من أجل استخراج المصدرين سرًا.
• يُنهي فريق وحدة العمليات الخاصة عمليته ويعود إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
