Translation - English In the international market, trade is conducted in a multinational and multicultural context. During the phase of cultural integration, face-to-face communication is the only solution to minimise conflicts, ensuring the smooth conduct of trade. However, it requires people to spend a large amount of time, energy and money travelling around the world in order to attend meetings that are often too brief. This inefficiency makes enterprises wonder how they can increase efficiency and meet their clients’ needs in a timely manner while saving time and costs.

Translation - Portuguese “De acordo com os diários de bordo portugueses e espanhóis que o J. Linschoten registou, não se encontra nenhuma informação de o marinheiro admirar a “Ilha Formosa”. No entanto, pode-se concluir dos textos que os portugueses chamavam a Ilha de Taiwan muitas vezes “Liqueo Pequeno”, e quando referiam Formosa, significou-se vagamente as ilhas ao norte da Ilha de Taiwan.
