Source text - English ADHD is a childhood-onset neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by developmentally inappropriate levels of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. The disorder affects 2.5–2.8% of the adult population, and is associated with significant impairment in academic, health, occupational, and social domains. It is also related to the development of other comorbid conditions such as learning disorders; oppositional defiant disorder; anxiety disorders; substance use disorder; and borderline personality disorder, among others.
There is no single test used to diagnose ADHD. Experts diagnose ADHD after a person has shown some or all of the symptoms on a regular basis for more than six months and in more than one setting.
Health care providers, such as pediatricians, psychiatrists, and child psychologists, can diagnose ADHD with the help of standard guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics or the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). The diagnosis involves gathering information from several sources, including schools, caregivers, and parents. The health care provider will consider how a child's behavior compares with that of other children the same age, and he or she may use standardized rating scales to document these behaviors.
Previous studies have demonstrated the short-term efficacy of pharmacotherapy and behavior therapy for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), but no longer-term investigations have compared these two treatments or their combination.
Methods:
A group of 650 children with ADHD Combined Type, aged 6 to 10 years, were assigned to 10 months of medication management; behavioral treatment; the two combined; or standard community care. Outcomes were assessed in multiple domains before and at treatment end point.
Results:
All four groups showed obvious reductions in symptoms, with significant differences among them in degrees of change. For most ADHD symptoms, children in the combined treatment and medication management groups showed significantly greater improvement than those given intensive behavioral treatment and community care. Combined and medication management treatments did not differ significantly on any direct comparisons.
Conclusions:
For ADHD symptoms, our carefully crafted medication management was superior to behavioral treatment and to routine community care. Our combined treatment did not yield significantly greater benefits than medication management for core ADHD symptoms.

네 그룹 모두 증상이 뚜렷하게 감소하였으나, 감소한 폭은 큰 차이를 보였다. 대부분의 ADHD 증상은 복합치료를 받은 그룹과 투약 관리를 받은 그룹이 집중 행동 치료를 받은 그룹과 지역사회기반 치료를 받은 그룹보다 더 많이 감소했다. 복합치료와 투약 관리 그룹은 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않았다.
결론

Source text - English Armor appears in several different materials and styles, which determine the quality of the armor. Higher quality armor provides better protection (but is generally heavier). Which quality armor you will find is generally determined based on your character's level.
The following tables describe the base level at which an armor type begins to show up randomly for the player. Lower level armor will also randomly appear, but so will higher level armors in certain situations: potentially up to at least 12 levels "early". Enchanted versions of each armor type will begin to appear one level later; see Generic Magic Apparel for more information. See Leveled Lists for details on how these lists are used to determine the probabilities of individual items appearing. Although Dragonscale, Dragonplate, and Daedric armors can all be found in random loot, once your level is high enough, the chances of finding any of these armor types is 20 times less than finding other armor types.
Most armor from the list below can be created at Forges, by using the Smithing skill. The ability to make armor is not dependent upon your character's level, but is instead dependent upon which Smithing perks you have unlocked. All standard armor can also be tempered at Workbenches, if you have the necessary auxiliary item. Tempering is twice as effective if you have unlocked the perk necessary to forge that armor. Tempering an enchanted version of the armor (whether custom-enchanted, or generic) is similar to tempering the base version - it requires the same auxiliary item, and is twice as effective if you have unlocked the forging perk - but also requires the Arcane Blacksmith perk to be unlocked.
Jewelry (specifically, amulets/necklaces and rings), can be created at any blacksmith's forge from ingots and jewels, but these are not counted as protective armor (the two exceptions to this are noted in the section above); similarly, circlets/crowns - like common clothing - have no armor/protection value and cannot be crafted. The Aetherial Crown, which is a unique, quest-related, crafted item (added by the Dawnguard add-on), unlike other jewelry items, is eligible for improvement by ordinary smithing, but still only ever bears an armor rating of 0.
The Skyforge allows you to create Ancient Nord armor, a type of heavy armor, if you finish the Companions questline. Also, it may be found from level 1 onward in a few locations. Additionally, there are several other wearable armor sets/pieces that are made available as loot/specialty gear or as unique/quest items; generally, these can all be improved by smithing and possibly fortified with enchantments (if not enchanted already), though they cannot be forged as player-created items. The Dragonborn add-on adds craftable Bonemold (heavy), Chitin (light/heavy), Nordic Carved (heavy), and Stalhrim (light/heavy) armors.
The Dawnguard add-on adds Dawnguard armors (light/heavy) and Vampire armors (light), which may be worn/improved but cannot be forged by the player.

Difficulty Level
You can, however, change the game's difficulty at any time during your adventure by accessing OPTIONS/GAMEPLAY from the pause menu.
You should note that you are also able to turn on "Enemy Upscaling" in the gameplay menu, allowing enemies to present a greater challenge.
Swordplay on Horseback
While riding your horse you may encounter enemies in your path.
When this happens you do not need to dismount in order to defend yourself.
Simply hold down the Sword Attack button when you're close to the enemy in order to slow time, allowing you to strike with precision from horseback.

Temple stay programs give participants a chance to get a taste of Buddhist practices, including the strict diet and grueling meditative practices monks adopt. Those programs range from just a few hours to weeks.
The diet of Buddhist monks is strictly vegetarian, as they consider taking of life a grievous sin, and there are five plants that they are also forbidden from eating. These include garlic and chives, are considered in Buddhism to poison the mind and lead monks from their rightful paths.
Although the practice has religious roots, temple food has gained popularity among the public.

Source text - English With South Korea having the second longest hours among the nations in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD), long working hours have been cited as one of the reasons behind the country's low birthrate.
South Korean workers put in an average 2,024 hours a year at work(2017), compared with the average of 1,759 hours for the group of 34 mostly rich and industrialized nations in the OECD.
The average number of babies that a woman is projected to have during her lifetime reached an all-time low of 1.05 in 2017.
South Korea adopted a new workweek in July, requiring both private and public companies with 300 or more employees to reduce the maximum working hours to 52 per week from the previous 68 hours.
Employees can work up to 40 hours of regular work and 12 hours of extra work under the new system.
The report also showed that an increase in weekly working hours does not actually affect the chance of getting married.
But, the chance of getting married is reduced by 3.7 percentage points when unmarried women work at companies with fixed night or weekend shifts.
