Verschiedene Reaktionsgefäße, Rotoren und Zubehör sind flexibel kombinierbar für vielfältige Aufgaben in der organischen und anorganischen Analytik.
Zwei Magnetrons liefern 1400 W ungepulste Mikrowellenleistung. Das garantiert zusammen mit moderner Sensortechnologie schnelle, perfekt kontrollierte Reaktionen und hohe Lebensdauer aller Komponenten. Das bewährte Sicherheitssystem mit mehrstufigen aktiven und passiven Schutzelementen minimiert die Gefahren von Spontanreaktionen.
Das einfache Arbeiten mit Gefäßen und Sensoren reduziert den Arbeitsaufwand für die Probenvorbereitung erheblich. Es ist keine externe Kühlung und kein Hantieren mit heißen Druckgefäßen erforderlich. Die kurzen Kühlzeiten sichern hohen Probendurchsatz und steigern die Effizienz in Ihrem Labor.
Für den neu entwickelten Rotor 48MF50 für extrem hohen Probendurchsatz wurden die Druckmäntel der Reaktionsgefäße aus glasfaserverstärkten xxx™ entwickelt. Kein anderer Werkstoff gewährleistet die geforderte chemische, mechanische und thermische Beständigkeit und bietet zudem Designfreiheit und Verarbeitbarkeit eines thermoplastischen Kunststoffes. Die Reaktionsgefäße müssen Temperaturen bis zu 200°C und Drücke bis zu 20 bar standhalten.
Translation - English xxx developed a platform system, the xxx, for modern sample preparation, digestion, extraction, evaporation and drying of sample materials. Different reaction vessels, rotors and accessories can be combined flexibly for a variety of tasks in organic and inorganic analysis.
Two magnetrons provide 1400 W of unpulsed microwave power. This, together with advanced sensor technology, ensures quick, perfect reaction control and a high service life of all components. The proven safety system with multi-level active and passive protection elements minimises the risk of spontaneous reactions.
Simple handling of vessels and sensors drastically reduces the amount of work required for sample preparation. There is no external cooling required and no handling of hot pressure vessels. The short cooling times ensure high sample throughput and increase the efficiency in your lab.
The pressure jacket of the reaction vessels has been made from glass-fibre reinforced xxx™ for the newly developed rotor 48MF50 for extremely high sample throughput. No other material ensures the demanded chemical, mechanical and thermal stability and also offers the design freedom and processability of a thermoplastic. The reaction vessels must withstand temperatures up to 200°C and pressures up to 20 bar.
