There are two major strands to this concern – how success is judged (success criteria), and the factors that contribute to the success of projects (success factors). Closely associated with this is concern for the competence of the project manager. On the one hand, the competence of the project manager is in itself a factor in successful delivery of projects and on the other, the project manager needs to have competence in those areas that have the most impact on successful outcomes.

In general, this 'change of life' happens between the ages of 40 and 50. The periods often become irregular for several months before they stop completely.
There is no reason to stop having sex during or after the menopause. BUt a woman can still become pregnant during this time. If she does not want to have more children, she should continue to use birth control for 12 months after her periods stop.
