3. ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯТ има право да получи, а ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ се задължава да заплаща договорената стойност съгласно т.2.1.
4. ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯТ има право да предлага други активности, като не нарушава смисъла и духа на задълженията си по т.1.1.
5. ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯТ може да осъществява задгранични командировки, свързани с изпълнение на поетите задължения по т.1.1., като детайлите им се уговарят допълнително.
6. ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ се задължава да предостави цялата необходима информация за изпълнение на поставените задачи в срок, достатъчен за осъществяването им от страна на ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ.
7. ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ се задължава да уведомява ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ за всяка конкретна задача в писмена форма посредством писмо или телефакс, като са указани вида на задачата и срока на изпълнение.
8. ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ се задължава да осигури на представителя на ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ достъп до предмета на контрола и да му оказва съдействие при изпълнение на задълженията му.
9. ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ има право да възложи допълнително събирането на информация относно перспективни оферти, като задължението не се отклонява от духа на т.1.1.
САНКЦИИ
1. В случай на забава от страна на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ при плащане на дължимото възнаграждение с повече от 5 (пет) дни, същият дължи на ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ неустойка в размер на 0,5% от дължимата сума за всеки просрочен ден.
ДРУГИ УСЛОВИЯ
1. Промени и допълнения в договоря могат да бъдат извършвани само с писменото съгласие на страните по него, като се оформят в анекси към основния договор.
2. Договорът се прекратява с изтичане на срока на действие или по взаимно споразумение между страните.
3. При условие че при изтичане на действието на договора страните не изявят писмено желание за неговото прекратяване, то същият се продължава автоматично с една календарна година.
Translation - English 1. The CONTRACTOR undertakes to inform the contracting authority of the fulfilment of the commitments under item 1.1.
2. The CONTRACTOR undertakes to coordinate with the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY its actions concerning the financial security and moral harm of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY.
3. The CONTRACTOR has the right to receive and the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY undertakes to pay the agreed value in accordance with item 2.1.
4. The CONTRACTOR has the right to offer other activities, without violating the meaning and spirit of its obligations under item 1.1.
5. The CONTRACTOR may carry out overseas missions related to the performance of the commitments under item 1.1, and their details shall be further agreed.

7. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY undertakes to notify the CONTRACTOR of each specific task in writing by letter or telefax, specifying the type of task and the duration of the performance.
8. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY undertakes to provide the representative of the CONTRACTOR with access to the subject-matter of the control and to assist him in the performance of his duties.
9. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY shall have the right to entrust further the collection of information on prospective tenders, and the obligation does not deviate from the spirit of item 1.1.
SANCTIONS
1. In case of delay by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY for payment of the due remuneration by more than 5 (five) days, the CONTRACTOR shall owe a penalty of 0.5% of the amount due for each overdue day.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. Amendments to the contract may be made only with the written consent of the parties thereto, formed in annexes to the basic contract.
2. The contract shall be terminated on expiry or by mutual agreement between the parties.
3. Provided that, on expiry of the contract, the parties do not express a written wish to terminate it, it shall be extended automatically for one calendar year.

Source text - English 1. ASSIGNMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
i. Effective as of the Effective Date, the Assignor sells, transfers, conveys, assigns, and delivers to the Assignee, and the Assignee accepts and assumes all right, title, and interest of the Assignor in and to the following:
1. the intellectual property specified in Exhibit A hereto;
2. all precursors, portions, and works in progress with respect thereto and all inventions, works of authorship, mask works, technology, information, know-how, materials, and tools relating thereto or to the development, support, or maintenance thereof;
3. all copyrights, patent rights, trade secret rights, trademark rights, mask works rights, and all other intellectual property rights and all business, contract rights, and goodwill in, incorporated, or embodied in, used to develop, or related to any of the foregoing; and
4. any registrations and applications for registrations of the foregoing (1.a.i, 1.a.ii, 1.a.iii and 1.a.iv shall be referred to herein collectively as the “Intellectual Property”).
2. CONSIDERATION.
i. As consideration for the assignment of the Intellectual Property and the Assignor’s representations and warranties, the Assignee promises to commercially exploit the Intellectual Property and to pay future royalties to Assignor in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of any and all revenues received by Assignee related to exploitation of the Intellectual Property up to a maximum aggregate royalty payout by Assignee to Assignor of [$] USD (the “Total Royalty Obligation”). Such royalty payments will be paid to Assignor on a semi-annual basis based on total revenues related to Assignee’s commercial exploitation of the Intellectual Property. For the avoidance of doubt, revenues related to the Intellectual Property shall mean any Assignee revenue related to.
ii. Assignee may make payments toward the Total Royalty Obligation from other sums at any time.

“Emily Crowford is dead. Stay focused, Blanche Deluxe”, is what I would say to myself every morning when I woke up and a slight feeling of sadness would wash over me as I took in the peeling walls and the musty smell in my small rented apartment in Lake Las Vegas.
For a woman used to living in an eight-bedroomed mansion in the wealthy district of Raleigh, North Carolina, it was far from easy to keep my spirits up and remain optimistic when I was living in a neighborhood mainly made up of alcoholics, working girls and drug dealers. To get across town to get to the Strip took me almost two hours.
Then, it was rehearsals for eight hours non-stop for a one and a half-hour performance and then I had to do the same journey in reverse to get back but now with the added complications of the late hour in a city that never sleeps and the dangers that are around at that time of night.
But, I couldn’t complain. It could be worse. At least I had food on the table and a roof- albeit ugly, small and musty, over my head as well as a job that enabled me to get by. I still remember when I arrived in Vegas, a little over a year ago. After my mother's death and the reading of the will, I had lost everything:
family, my place as Prima ballerina at the city's ballet corps, money, social status and the fiancé. That was how I referred to Jacob Mills- the guy who doesn't deserve to be given a name. The asshole who trampled on my heart and then took off at the first sign of trouble.
