These are connected with Comunidad de Vecinos: as the owner of a flat in a block, or a house with shared garden/garage etc, you are obliged to pay monthly contributions to said Residents' Association, and on the occasion of special expenidture, such as repainting the facade, or, horrors, installing a lift, extra payments may have to be made, the expense having been autorized at a meeting.
The extraordinary payments could also be called "apportionment of costs" to be exact, but it doesn't seem v suitable to me for inclusion in the list of operations the Agency will include! In the small print maybe...
