Spanish term

boleto

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
This refers to an agreement signed between the buyer and seller of a property. "Escritura" is "deed"and this is a previous document, that is usually coupled with the payment of 10% of the value of the property. Is there a specific term in English?

agree AllegroTrans : Are you married to Tom West? Doesn't commonsense sometimes prevail over the tunnel vision of dictionaries? Ought it?

Common sense and context are the two main factors. Dictionaries are simply an aid, and at times, a good aid. When West or anyone else is right, which happens at times, but not always, I believe in giving credit. Don't you think that is fair?
