El Artículo 9º de los Estatutos Sociales regula el régimen de los dividendos pasivos, previendo que el accionista deberá proceder al desembolso en la forma y en el momento que determine el Órgano de Administración, quien deberá acordar el pago en metálico de la parte de capital no desembolsado en el plazo máximo de cinco años desde el acuerdo de aumento de capital, siendo dicho plazo de un año para el caso de que se trate de aportaciones no dinerarias.

You're right as always! I already turned it in but more or less I think I had the idea...This is what I put:
No noteworthy events have occurred subsequent to year-end, except for the capital calls made by the Board of Directors to seven shareholders on January 22, 2003 and February 12, 2003, in connection with the aforementioned capital increase. The capital increase was fully paid in after the second capital call and, therefore, capital stock was fully paid in and stood at XXXXXXXXXX.
