French term
rupture des Instruments de Couverture
French to English
Bus/Financial
Finance (general)
hedging instruments (a tiny portion of a partnership agreement)
"Coûts Financiers
Désigne les coûts financiers contractuels relatifs aux Financements (hors coûts liés à la rupture ou au recalage des Instruments de Couverture) fixés à l’Annexe et ajustés à la Date de Fixation des Taux."
There's no doubt about the meaning of "Instruments de Couverture": it's the "rupture" that is less clear (to me, anyway).
Many thanks for your kind help.

cancellation of hedges
And similarly, recalibration of hedges for 'recalage'.
We think and speak of this kind of thing differently in English. We use 'hedging instruments' to accomplish a 'hedge' -- and the *hedge*, not the instrument, is the thing that can be cancelled or recalibrated.
