And do also note that 'seuil' is a 'threshold', not a 'maximum'; I think typically it is necessary to add the indefinite article in EN that can be omitted in FR.

: The singular cannot work here. The use in the French of "cancers" in the plural indicates that the surgery (altho' singular) is infact in reference to different types of cancer. It would have to be "those which are".

Cancer: Les questions à poser pour être bien pris en charge.
Pour être autorisés à pratiquer les traitements du cancer et s'assurer d'être bien pris en charge, les établissements de santé doivent désormais remplir trois types de conditions parmi lesquelles la réalisation d'une activité annuelle minimale dans la discipline thérapeutique pour laquelle ils sollicitent une autorisation.
Les seuils d'activité minimale sont chiffrées par an et en moyenne sur les trois dernières années.
Chirurgie
Les spécialités soumises à ces seuils :
Cancer du sein : 30 interventions.
Cancer digestif : 30 interventions.
Cancer urologique : 30 interventions.
Cancer thoracique 30 interventions.
Cancer gynécologique 20 interventions.
Cancer 0RL et maxillo facial 20 interventions.
Pour les autres types de cancer, aucun seuil n'est actuellement obligatoire.
