Would anyone have any suggestions about how to translate this? I am planning on keeping the original and putting the translation in []

"Biologie" should probably not be translated literally in this context. In English it would imply a basic science institute rather than a clinical laboratory facility that is being discussed here. If a single word was needed, "pathology" would probably be closest.

I'm all for leaving names in the original language where possible, but I don't see any point here. It's just part of a hospital - if it were a department, you wouldn't leave that in French.
I would leave "Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Toulouse" in French because it's the name of an institution, but that's just my personal preference.
Also, it may carry out research, but it doesn't say that, either in the name or on the page that Joanna linked to. It says that the building houses analytical laboratories.

I think you've misread my answer. You say "I also prefer leaving as is but unfortunately my client wants an English translation," and giving them an English translation is what I've suggested.
