Forgive my denseness, but regarding "épisodes hémorragiques massifs liés à l'envahissement vasculaire de la métastase pariétale extériorisées," they are again talking about the metastasis to the skin?
Would skin lesions be enough to cause vascular compression? I guess I'm confused by the joint appearance of "pariétale" and "extériorisé."
