I have considered 2 possible translations, although am by no means certain of either:
1. In this case, late payment interest accumulated during this period will also be increased by one tenth.
2. In this case, the increase of one tenth will be instead of the late payment interest.

In this/said case, the increase shall be absorbed/incorporated in/into defaut interest accruing ...
... the same (over the same period??). Where do you get one tenth from and the same period???? Are you reading smething I'm not?

: No, it's the other way around. The increase (whatever that may mean) is absorbing the interest.
