Hi,
The patient suffers from multiple myeloma.
The test results shows a moderately significant gamma2 kappa2 monoclonal gammopathy with an "effondrement des immunoglobulines physiologiques"
I am really confused with the use of "physiologique" in this context....
Would "drastic drop in immunoglobulin levels" be ok?
