As an alternative you could consider:
1. 'self-tapping' instead of 'cutting-edge shank', but I'm not quite sure about that. Self-tapping screws do not necessarily have special shanks.
2. 'pan-headed' instead of 'round-head'. I think the latter is the usual term, however.

: so its probably a stainless steel flat round-head self-tapping screw with torx slot//more than twice as many hits for self-tapping screws on Google, and this is term I am accustomed to
