: In accountancy/bookkeeping, debit amounts are conventionally shown as positive amounts. 'Bedragen in min' are credit amounts :-)

Je hebt gelijk, ik schrik van een schuld aan anderen (credit), niet van een schuld aan mij (debit). Wel zeg je "I have a debt" en dat betekent dat je geld aan derden schuldig bent.... Hoogst verwarrend! Ik ga een nieuw antwoord invullen!
