: "Inpayment"? Is that supposed to be English? 'Purchase sum' is not an insurance term either. And what does the Technischen Universität München know about ENGLISH insurance terms? That is useless reference. Both IS possible or both ARE possible?

The whole sentence is rather complicated, I suppose it needs to be changed little, for instance: Furthermore, a proportional segment of the difference between a.....and b....is purchased annually at purchase price deposit.
