Again, an idiomatic expression used in this CRM book. Context: Zelfs commerciële mensen binnen bedrijven hebben nog wel eens angst om te investeren in de relatie: ‘We hebben koudwatervrees. We zijn vooral actief geweest om nieuwe klanten te werven. Slechts af en toe schieten we met hagel en we weten nog niet wat er over blijft als we wat gerichter schieten.’ Het vraagt veel aanpassingen.
