Dutch to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals answers to questionnaire by doctors in NL

Hello everyone, does anyone know what i.p. stands for? I was thinking maybe ideal protocol or something similar?
These are quick answers from Dutch physicians to a questionnaire about a drug for the treatment of anemia.

i.p. de standaard
i.p. alle chemo-geinduceerde anemie-patienten
i.p. voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn
