Mijn tekst heeft niets te maken met komedie en 'situation sketch' is volgens mij volledig misplaatst hier. Het gaat hier om een 'description of the current state of affairs' vastgesteld door onderzoekers, dus bijvoorbeeld een situatieschets over hoe toereikend bepaalde diensten zijn in een streek maar 'snapshot' is evenmin correct in mijn tekst omdat het niet echt om een momentopname gaat.
