“deprived of ...”是过去分词短语引导的从句,修饰的是“...public collections”,是说“public collections”由于缺乏资金渠道,因而无力以目前的市场价格购买“de Chirico(基里柯)”的作品。所以才会有前面所说的进入意大利的藏品都是私人所有的。
