: Mas para pt-br prefiro sua outra sugestão:"tagliatelle à moda de Emilia Romagna". O brasileiro adora um estrangeirismo e, além disso, o cardápio de alguns restaurantes de massa é em italiano.

: Como o original menciona somente "Emilian-style", não mencionaria a Romagna/Romanha. A Emilia e a Romagna tem até mesmo cozinhas próprias (v. cucina emiliana/cucina romagnola na Wiki).

Não encontrei propriamente tagliatelle à emiliana na rede, mas outra receita à emilianna, desta vez com penne (v. http://www.cybercook.com.br/receita-de-penne-a-emiliana-r-5-... Acho que pode-se aproveitar. Se bem que, no Brasil, os macarrões tagliatelle são (acho) popularmente chamados de "ninho" (mas tagliatelle é mais específico).
