Site slang and pipe part names can be very funny. There is a type of strainer/screen they call "chapéu de bruxa". And that isn't slang.

That's what I came up with at first, because jacks are used to jack something up, but these bolts are used to position the screen horizontally, so elevação doesn't quite fit.
