Hola! Se trata de una traducción relativa al proceso de templado del chocolate. En la misma se menciona que hay chefs que usan este Bakers Coating en lugar de templar el chocolate porque es más fácil así, pero no se muy bien como traducirlo... Se trata de una mezcla de cacao en polvo y grasa vegetal. Any idea? Thanks!

is how i would express it as the coating uses the raw ingredients of chocolate anyway,so something akin to confectioners coating seems appropriate here.

"Coating" se traduce como cobertura en España. Tal vez sea suficiente con decir "cobertura de chocolate", pero si es necesario puedes añadir "en polvo", dependerá del contexto.
