'Sync' is a commonly used abbreviation for 'synchronize,' which means to have two or more things in harmony with each other; to agree on a time; at the same time. For example, two people may synchronize their watches by matching the times on each watch exactly. It is also commonly used in technology to refer to the matching of data between two devices. One may synchronize one's phone and one's computer so that they both contain the same phone numbers and/or reflect the same time.

سینکرونائز کرنا، ہمزمانہ مربوط کرنا، بیک وقت مربوط کرنا
Transliteration is a good idea as vast majority of the target audience could be able to get the 100% exact meanings related to this technical term. If we want to fully localize the term, we must use such a term that must cover the two messages related to this term, 1: to connect and 2: in real time. Most proposed terms by my colleagues cover only one aspect of the term, so "Ham waqt marboot karna" might be the best precise translation of the term. For the safe side, transliteration can be used within the brackets next to localized term at least in the beginning of the term.

مطابقت پیدا کرنا، مربوط کرنا
In the light of the context given by the asker, above two verbs come to my mind. These are also supported by the Crulp and Oxford dictionaries.
