is it "distributed money" or "hand out" money? this is a money politics case that occurs after a meeting where someone gives money maybe in envelope to the lawmakers on certain deal

: I think you need to expand this Rebekah. As in,."urging the Minister to clarify whether he paid bribes of up to..." Paid all by itself has a tinge of legitimacy. Those of us who work get paid.

Discussion
Naldy added that after the closed meeting in the commission V room, on 16 March 2005, state minister of SOEs was strongly alleged to have distributed money as much as Rp 10 million for each lawmaker present in the meeting. However, the lawmakers who were not there also got the money.
It is said that the ten million rupiah being given to each lawmaker is intended for an agreement that a few have been aware of it.
