Quorn sticks / Quorn fingers
I would guess that "Stäbli" is Swiss German for "Stäbchen". So Quornstäbli could be like fish fingers but made of Quorn...
Unfortunately I can't provide any references. A Google search for "Stäbli" just gave me links for "Stäubli"!

: "Fingers" (UK/ http://www.quorn.co.uk/products/Fish-Less_Fingers.aspx) or US: "sticks", if the processed fish product is to be referenced; or else the more neutral "sticks".
