: I'd leave out 'company' and 'fund'. The BKKs are now open to anyone, there's no difference to regular health insurance companies anymore.

: For future glossary users: Betriebskrankenkasse is not coverage it's a health insurance fund. Coverage is Deckung or Versicherung.
