Here are a few Leadership Behaviours which demonstrate Honesty and Integrity.

You might want to "tweak" it a little, e.g. "Do not claim credit for the achievements/accomplishments/work of other employees" or "[No]/(An) employee shall (not) claim credit for...". My quick two cents during my lunch recess...
