and "dış tic" should be "dış ticaret", yes, that is foreign trade
but it's interesting: you mention "electrical services" and on the web 2 firms are found under the name panel: one provides electric services, and the other customs services. could be affiliates ???

All the information & comments mentioned above are totally correct. I just want to add that "custom clearances" could be used for "gümrükleme" as well.
